RETAIL EXPERIENCE AND COMMUNICATION FOR GLOBAL CONCEPT STORES

Background:

Western Union needed to renew the image of its new concept stores in Spain and strengthen the visibility of its campaigns at points of sale and digital channels. The aim was to communicate money transfer services in a clear, multicultural and accessible way, a unique opportunity to create visual and promotional strategies specifically designed for their concept stores. The goal was to maximize the impact and effectiveness of each piece, ensuring a perfect alignment with the global brand identity and adapting to the needs and preferences of diverse audiences.

Strategy implemented:

I designed the graphic visibility of stores in key locations such as Usera, Pontevedra, A Coruña and Tetuán, incorporating visual elements adapted to their global branding. I worked on multiple promotional pieces both physical and digital: flyers, materials for screens, social media and visibility pieces for events.

Key aspects of the work

  • Visual arts for interior and exterior of stores
  • Informative flyers for promotions
  • Social media and screen material
  • Multicultural design tailored to specific audiences
  • Design of MUPIS in specific locations for shops in Tetuan, A Coruña, Marbella and Usera

Outcomes:

Increased brand recognition in strategic areas and increased use of services thanks to more visual and localized campaigns.
