Bodas Huatulco: a brand ecosystem for destination weddings

Key Results:

The challenge:

Bodas Huatulco plans destination weddings in the Bays of Huatulco, Oaxaca. Its communication didn't live up to what it was selling: exclusive experiences for Mexican and international couples. The website, sales materials and social media needed to tell the same story, in several languages, to couples planning their wedding from afar.

The process

I started from the couple's journey: getting inspired, comparing venues, planning and booking. Every piece answers one of those stages. I set a shared visual language — bright photography, elegant typography and an emotional tone — and organised social content into themes: the destination, how to plan a destination wedding, elopements, trends, colour palettes and décor.

The solution

1. Multilingual website (ES / EN / FR): structured around the planning stages, with navigation designed for international visitors, responsive design and copy adapted to each language. I also integrated the VIVE® Method, the founder's own planning methodology.
2. Venue, services and VIVE® Method catalogues: an editorial series covering packages, add-on services and venue profiles, including photo selection and editing. They're used at trade fairs and in proposals to couples.
3. Social media: content strategy, graphics, animations and art-directed reels, including the 15th-anniversary #AmorEnHuatulco campaign, which gave away a wedding.

Outcomes:

+677% Facebook reach: 351,426 people reached and +272% page visits.
+314% Instagram reach: 76,341 people reached.
Engagement: +150% on Facebook and +100% on Instagram.
Anniversary campaign: 288,700 people reached through paid promotion; the winner announcement reached 14,300 people organically, with 41 comments.
Website and catalogues: now the main sales tools at trade fairs and in proposals to international couples.
